Tell us where the roof is and what it is doing. You get a straight answer in minutes from a licensed roofer. We cover Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, and every route below shows you who picks it up and how fast.

FOUR WAYS IN
02 / 08
Four ways in, and who answers each one.
Pick the route that suits you and the panel traces it through to the person who answers it, with their wait time beside their name. All four reach the same building, and all four cover the whole Los Angeles service area.

We come to you
Survey slots right across Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, most of them inside the same week.

Who picks it up
Dispatch desk
Answers in seconds
Holds the schedule, the crew list and the map. Takes calls and texts.
Photo triage
Read within the hour
A roofer opens the photo, not a bot. Most texts get their first read inside the hour.
Estimating
Same business day
Writes the number and the scope. Reads every form the day it arrives.
Survey crew
On the road daily
Runs the Los Angeles routes and books the survey window, then confirms the time the day before.
Choose a route on the left to trace it through to the person who answers it.

WHEN WE PICK UP
03 / 08
Hours, and who picks up after them.
The desk is open 7:00 to 22:00, seven days a week, so most people reach a person on the first try. A roof that is actively letting water in keeps no hours at all, so there is a separate path for that.

Call the same number. Out of hours it routes to the crew lead on rotation rather than the desk, so keep it for water that is coming in now: an active leak, a section of roof lifted by wind, a tarp that has failed. Tell us the address and where the water is showing inside, and we will tell you honestly whether it needs someone tonight or whether it will hold until morning.
Anything that is not actively leaking is better on the form or a morning call, where it gets the estimator rather than a tired roofer. If you already know it is a leak you are chasing, the roof repair page explains how we trace one back to its real entry point.

THE YARD
04 / 08
Where we actually are.
A real yard with a roll-up door, not a mailbox. The trucks load here every morning, which is why a crew can be on a roof across most of Los Angeles the same week you call.

The address
19550 Lanark St
Reseda, CA 91335
Parking is on the street outside the fence. Come to the roll-up door rather than the side office, and bring whatever you have: a photo on your phone, an insurance letter, a previous roofer’s quote. We will read it with you at the bench and tell you what it actually says.

AFTER YOU CALL
05 / 08
What happens after you call.
Four steps, and nobody is sent to your door to close you. The survey is free whether or not you go ahead, and the number you are quoted is the number on the invoice.

Step 01 · On the phone
A few minutes, not a sales call
Address, roof type, and what it is doing. That is usually enough to say whether it is a repair, a certification, or a replacement.
Step 02 · On the schedule
A slot, with a name attached
You get a day and a window, and the name of whoever is coming. If we are running late you hear it from us first.
Step 03 · On the roof
A free survey, photographed
We walk it, photograph what we find, and show you the pictures. The same survey feeds a repair quote, a roof certification, or a full roof installation.
Step 04 · In writing
One number, itemised
Materials, labour, permits and haul-away, each on its own line. No deposit is asked for before you have read it.

BEFORE YOU CALL
06 / 08
Have these four things ready.
None of it is required, and nobody will quiz you. It is simply the difference between a twenty minute call and a four minute one, and it lets us quote closer to the real number first time.
The address, and roughly when the roof went on
A guess is fine. Age changes the answer more than almost anything else about a roof.
A photo of the problem, and one of the whole roof
From the ground is safest and still useful. Do not climb up to take one for us.
Where the water shows up inside
Which room, which wall, and whether it only happens in certain weather. Water rarely enters where it appears.
Any paperwork already in play
An insurance claim number, an escrow deadline, another contractor’s quote. It changes what we prioritise.
Ready to call
Tick off whatever you already have. Four of four and the call will take about as long as reading this section did. Nothing here is stored or sent anywhere, it is just for you.

Who you are talking to.
Every one of these is checkable before you call, and the licence number is the one that matters most. California Green Roofing is a licensed, bonded and insured roofing contractor working out of Reseda, with its own crew rather than a subcontractor list. The homepage shows the work itself.
